Khin Chong is a multi-award-winning entrepreneur, educator, and mentor with over 15 years of experience spanning entrepreneurship, business development, leadership, and higher education. Recognised for his ability to build purpose-driven organisations and develop people, he has established a diverse portfolio of ventures across hospitality, education, retail, property, and creative industries.

His entrepreneurial journey began in Perth, Western Australia, where he developed an early interest in investment and business. What started as a personal pursuit of learning and market research eventually evolved into the foundation of Successive JK Ventures (SJKV), a business group that today encompasses multiple brands and initiatives focused on long-term growth, innovation, and community impact.

Alongside his business ventures, Khin has dedicated more than a decade to mentoring students, graduates, and young professionals. As an appointed Adjunct Faculty Member at one of Malaysia’s leading private universities, he actively contributes to leadership development, industry engagement, employer-led projects, and career readiness initiatives, helping bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world professional expectations.

Known for his people-first leadership philosophy, Khin believes that success is measured not only by business achievements but also by the ability to inspire growth in others.
