Khin is the Founder and CEO of the company. He is responsible for the company's overall strategy, culture and branding. Khin has been in the stock market as an active investor since 2007 and has managed the company's portfolio since 2011. As the company grew, Khin also oversaw the company's new branch in the hospitality industry in 2016.

Khin received a Bachelor of Arts in History and Geography from Edith Cowan University and an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from Massachusetts Institute of Technology SLOAN.

Lucas is the Co-Founder of SJKV AU. He co-founded SJKV AU and was one of the founding members of SJKV with Khin in 2011. During the early phase of SJKV's development, Lucas was responsible for training, research, and analysis work and took charge of meetings with our team members. He was also involved in most of the guest lecturing sessions in Australia with Khin from 2013 to 2015.

Lucas received a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and is also a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) in Australia.

Dylan began his journey with the company in 2016 as a part-time barista and service crew member in the F&B division while pursuing his studies. After graduating with a Diploma in Business and a Certificate in Hotel Operations, he joined the organisation full-time and steadily advanced through various operational and administrative roles.

From 2018 to 2019, Dylan served as an HR Executive before moving to the Group Headquarters in 2020 as Group Administrative Officer, overseeing company-wide administration and supporting the accommodation division as Accommodation Manager. He was appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) in June 2025 and now leads the Group’s daily operations, enhances organisational efficiency, and supports the execution of strategic initiatives across its diverse portfolio of businesses.

Fiona has been with the group since the start of SJKV (HQ), working closely with our founder. With more than three decades of administrative experience, Fiona plays a vital role in overseeing our HQ administration team.

Alfred is our accomplished interior designer with a passion for transforming spaces. With a career from 2015, Alfred has dedicated years to perfecting the art of interior design. In 2023, he took the next step in his design journey by joining SJKV to start Attribute Design, providing interior design and build services. Now, he brings his experience and innovative flair to our clients, adding an extra attribute to every project.

Alfred received a Foundation Studies in Art, Design and Architecture from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Design in Interior Design from Swinburne University of Technology Melbourne.

With over 15 years of experience in the interior design and build industry, Kevin brings a wealth of expertise in creating functional, timeless, and thoughtfully crafted spaces. His portfolio spans residential, commercial, hospitality, and workplace environments, with a strong focus on balancing aesthetics, practicality, and user experience.

As Senior Interior Designer at Attribute Design, Kevin leads projects from concept development through execution, ensuring every detail aligns with the client's vision while maintaining the highest standards of design and craftsmanship. His experience, creativity, and dedication continue to play an important role in shaping meaningful spaces that inspire and endure.

Bryan Khung brings years of experience with the Group, having previously served as Marketing Manager, where he played a key role in shaping the brand’s marketing initiatives, campaigns, and customer engagement strategies. His strong understanding of the Group’s identity and operations has made him a trusted contributor across multiple projects.

Bryan supports branding, customer experience, and marketing campaigns while working closely with various business units to strengthen brand presence and build meaningful customer connections. His creativity, practical approach, and familiarity with the organisation continue to contribute to the Group’s growth and evolving customer experience.

Samantha joined the Group in 2017 and was in charge of recruitment and training for our F&B team. Currently, she works closely with the chief in maintaining and developing the company's culture. In 2024, Samantha was appointed as our F&B quality control executive to work closely with our F&B team, ensuring our quality and customer experience are at the required level.

Samantha received a Bachelor of Tourism Management from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College in 2017.

Su joined SJKV F&B section in 2016 as a Barista and then Captain at our Flagship Outlet. Su is currently in charge of the academy and coffee roastery under our cafe brand.

He is also responsible for THE BEAN Academy and Roasters - founded in 2020, with over 150 students completing their coffee training over the past two years and supplying coffee blends to all our outlets.

With a finance background, Kimberly brings a meticulous and detail-oriented approach to her craft. Driven by a deep love for creating delectable treats, Kimberly is now an integral part of our team, infusing her baking endeavours with the same dedication and precision in our F&B brand "KK Bakery" which was founded in 2021. 

KK Bakery's creation is a testament to her diverse expertise and unwavering commitment to excellence.

Kevin joined SJKV in 2013 and assisted the company's directors in the company's development. Kevin is also responsible for the group's general maintenance work at all premises and site supervision for all renovation works.

As one of the earliest members of SJKV (MY), Kevin is our invaluable team member with a wealth of experience and a heart for collaboration.

Jessie joined the company and worked under THE BEAN and THE BEAN EXPRESS teams since 2017. Her dedication to our Food and Beverages division has helped propel our services to new heights. With her keen eye for detail and unwavering commitment to excellence, Jessie has played a crucial role in enhancing the quality and consistency of our offerings.

Xean joined the company in 2016 as a graphic designer for the F&B section. With years of experience in the graphic design role, she also took part in the company's marketing team as a senior graphic designer. In 2019, she was given a more significant role as the company's creative officer and is currently in charge of planning advertising, designing and supervising the entire creative process.

Wendy, who began as our esteemed licensee and has now ascended to the role of Area Manager. With four years of dedicated experience in cafe operations, Wendy has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and operational acumen.

Her journey with us reflects a commitment to excellence, culminating in her new role as the driving force behind multiple cafes in our expanding network.

Joining our team as an Associate, Randy brings a wealth of experience as a former licensee who has experience managing our cafés. His deep understanding of our operations and dedication to quality service make him a valuable asset. He now helps oversee our Flagship outlet and other F&B outlets.

Having previously served as a valued team member and operated one of the Group’s licensed cafés. His hands-on experience in both daily operations and business management provides him with a well-rounded understanding of the brand and its service standards.

Today, Ariff supports the Group as a Training & Operations Support Associate, working closely with teams to provide operational guidance, staff training, and outlet support. His practical knowledge, mentorship, and commitment to maintaining quality and consistency continue to strengthen the development of both new and existing team members.

Takayuki is a Japanese graphic designer known for blending traditional Japanese aesthetics with contemporary design principles. With 4 years of experience and a degree in Graphic Design from Sapporo, he specializes in delivering captivating visual solutions for clients worldwide. Inspired by Japan's rich cultural heritage, Takayuki brings a unique perspective to every project, creating designs that resonate with audiences across borders.
